Since China started the reform and open policy, the private enterprise already had become the important constituent to the national economy. It played the role that cannot be substituted in the advancing of the consummation of the market economy gradually, maintaining the social stability, and safeguarding the national economy continues to move forward. But, the management level of our country private enterprise universally was low, human resources management was not flexible, and it seriously has hindered the private enterprise's development. Through the investigation of the job satisfaction may promptly find the questions in the business management, and understand staff's work manner, then can provide the reliable basis dates for the improving management, enhancing the working efficiency and realizing the staffs' to job satisfaction. This research is for the purpose of through the investigation of the job satisfaction on the spot in private enterprise's staffs to discuss the factors, which influence the private enterprise employee's job satisfaction.This research takes the staffs of LH Company as the studying object, LH Company is a large-scale private enterprise by the steel and iron production as the primarily business, and it is a representative example. By reviews the predecessors' researches, defines the frame of reference, and reviews the theories about the job satisfaction, then develops questionnaire to test the employee's job satisfaction of the LH company and studies the influence by the different factors on the job satisfaction, finally gives some advices to improve the job satisfaction.The results show that: (1) the job satisfaction of LH Company's staffs is in the medium under level, the staffs most unsatisfied with the working conditions, the promotion system, the leadership communication, the payments and the company's management present situation; (2) the various factors of demographic statistic such as the age, education background, the job position and the job time generally have Obvious influence on the whole job satisfaction and the different aspects of the job satisfaction. Through the results of the study, the LH company should: (1) vigorously improves the working condition, introduces advanced production technology;(2) provides the different training content to the different school record level staff; (3) reforms the system for promotion, establihes the efficient system for the selection; (4) improves the salary structure, consummates the welfare system; (5) develops the channel of the communication, improves the subordinate communication; (6) enhances the consciousness of the scientific management, carries on the human nature system construction.
