Study Of Utilization Of Reclaimed Water In Sewage Treatment Project In Southwest Suburb Of Xi'an

In building process of urban sewage treatment plant, the reclaimed water, which is treated by two process and volume of which is relatively stable has been a new re-utilization water resource. How to make use of it has already been paid close attention to progressively. At the same time, it has become a direction and a study topic of water research field.In this paper, the theory and practice is combined to analyze the water quality requirements and technical programs. Foreign and domestic theory and experience of reclaimed water utilization are referred. The analysis is focus on the current situation of water resource in Xi'an and mainly on the potential water user in southwest suburb of Xi'an.Through the analysis of potential requirement of the user in southwest suburb of Xi'an, it can be identified that 50,000 cubic meters / day reclaimed water facilities can be built and 17 kilometers reclaimed water pipes program can be implemented, mainly for industrial circulating cooling, landscaping, municipal and the enterprises along the pipe line. According to the water quality requirements of the user, the reclaimed water quality is determined. Referring advanced domestic and foreign experience and the actual situation in Xi'an, the program of using two grade water sedimentation, filtration and disinfection process is made. The reclaimed water system design is recommended through the comparison of technical program. Through the tech-economic analysis of the reclaimed water projects and the evaluation of the project efficiency, it can be drawn that the implementation of reclaimed water project has good environmental, social, economic benefits.In this paper, the specific models and methods of using reclaimed water project in large areas and regions in cities are discussed. According to the problems exist in reclaimed water utilization in China especially in Xi'an, a reasonable proposal is come up with. This article will offer the basis for concrete implementation of reclaimed water utilization in southwest suburb, offer reference for the development and popularization of reclaimed water utilization in China.
