Further Research Of Reforming Medical Insurance System Of The Employee In China

In the last 20 years,"The Medical Reform of China has not succeeded basically。"(The Minister of public health department said )。By introspecting the way of the Medical Reform in the last 20 years, the author thinks that the Medical system of China should be developed further。This paper discussed this issue by divided the article into three parts。The first part is that analyzed the basic situation and solution of Medical Reform in the developed countries such as Germany, England, American and Singapore, providing the experience for our own Medical Reform。The second part analyzed the traits of Medical Reform System through the historical development, and analyzed the Medical System at present, this paper believed that there're several problems in our Medical System: the inconsequence of expiation mechanism, the shortage of the expenses。The causes of Medical System that trapped in the way mainly are: the malfunction of the market, the contradiction of the aim and means, the driving force of profit and the lack of impartial competition。The last part summarized the experience that is suitable for our own Medical Reform establishment of restriction system, definition the functions of the government and refined the Medical Reform System on the basic of analyzing the Medical Reform of developed countries'experience, also posed suggestions as follows: founding the multi—level Medical Reform basic and supplementary Medical combined the practice of our country, hope them will be referable suggestions for further reform, and the reform in the future only consider the needs of the people, can make them live a healthy, happy life。...
