Along with people's increasing demands for returning to the nature, the Rural Tourism is becoming a hot topic in the Chinese Tourism Industry. It arouses the society's attention, and many scholars have done some researches on the Rural Tourism at different angles.By summarizing many documents on the Rural Tourism in China and abroad, this paper makes some quantitative analyses and qualitative academic researches. Then it establishes three hierarchies and twenty-four items of the evaluation of the Rural Tourism Resources by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Based on the evaluation by experts and the populace, the paper calculates the weight of every item in the Rural Tourism Resources using the Eigenvalue and the Eigenvector Unitary Method. Based on the mark of every item made by experts, it educes the potential points of exploiting the Rural Tourism Resources by Fuzzy Mathematics, Excel and Matlab. Then after analyzing the Rural Tourism resources quantitatively, this paper makes some qualitative analyses and draws the conclusion from "attraction", "developing condition" and "benefit".The evaluation result of the Rural Tourism Resources directs the exploitation of Rural Tourism Resources, decides the content of the Rural Tourism Products and points out the selection of the consuming market. The author concludes these means as "the RPM-MPR Analysis Method on the exploitation of the Rural Tourism Products". This method makes clear the relationship among resources, products and markets. Furthermore, it clears the essence of the exploitation of Rural Tourism Products, shows two hierarchies' system of the Rural Tourism Products including the core product area and the assistant product area. It suggests a conceptual model named the unoccupied space of the development of the Rural Tourism. When analyzing the Rural Tourism Products, the author predicts the future of the Rural Tourism and makes the suggestion on the developing strategies and the marketing methods.There are some innovations in this paper. Firstly, it establishes the hierarchy and the items of the evaluation on the Rural Tourism Resources by AHP. Secondly, it makes clear the essence of the exploitation of the Rural Tourism Products. While analyzing the exploitation of the Rural Tourism Products, it combines the RPM and the MPR to establish the system of the Rural Tourism Products, points out the particularity and importance of the Rural Tourism Products and show the idea called "the unoccupied space of the development of the Rural Tourism". At the same time, while discussing the sight-seeing Rural Tourism Products and the leisure & holiday Rural Tourism Products, the author gives her own views.
