Study On Development Mode Of Cooperative Finance In Rural Areas

It is very important for country to develop cooperative finance in rural areas. But our cooperative finance in rural areas can't satisfy the demand of rural economy. China began to reform the system of rural Credit Union in 2003. State Department put forward to breed new farmer cooperative finance organization in 2005. At this new position, it is very important to explore suit way to develop cooperative in rural areas.With relative economic theory, I discuss the necessity and problem of China cooperative finance on the base of international experience and the situation of our country. From that, I point out that we should develop outside finance and inside finance together. At the same time, I analyze the three reform modes of rural Credit Union and breeding new farmer cooperative finance organization. In a word, I put forward new system arrangement for reconstruction of cooperative finance in rural areas. The main contents of this paper includes following pares:First part is preface; it includes choosing target and meaning of the paper, inside and outside literature summarization, new opinions about cooperative system. I think that it should be judged cooperative system for realizing mutual financing.The second part is to introduce the historic development and system transition of China cooperative finance in rural areas. From the process, we can find that China rural Credit Union came forth dissimilation mainly representing the deviation of cooperative system principle. The main reason is that the system arrangement is government course.The third part is to introduce development actuality of rural finance and necessity to develop cooperative finance in rural areas. We should develop cooperative finance mainly for three reasons those are satisfying farmer's financing demand, fitting country economy and the efficiency of cooperative finance.The fourth part is to study the abroad cooperative fiance and get apocalypse. The fifth part is to get conclusion of mode choice. First, I analyze the characteristics of stock system, cooperation and cooperative shares system, in my opinion, cooperative shares system is the better choice for the development of China cooperative finance in rural areas. The next, I discuss the necessity of breeding new farmer cooperative finance organization and put forward three modes taking on good foreground.
