Financial Leasing's Application In Printing Industry And Relevant Analysis

The establishment of American Leasing Company was taken as the symbol of Financial leasing's birth. Then financial leasing was quickly carried out and became the second way of company financing in just 50 years. Financial leasing, together with bank and security, was called the three main financing channels of company. It accounts for 20%-30% of global equipment investment. Financial leasing was introduced to China at 1980s. It had succeed in light industry and textile industry for some time. But because some reason, financial leasing was getting into recession until the new time coming at about 2000. From 2001, financial leasing was introduced into printing industry. Successfully, the market penetration in this industry reached to 7%, more than doubled the penetration of financial leasing.This dissertation has five parts. The first part gave the introduction, including: the motivation and intention of the study, drawn the flow chart, gave the frame of this dissertation, indicated the innovation and shortage. In the second part, I reviewed the overseas and Chinese former studies and gave brief comments. In the third part, I summed up the financial leasing's application in printing industry, which included: 1. the general condition of financial leasing's application in printing industry, including the financial leasing's developing course in this industry and what kind of company was handling printing equipment financial leasing, which kind of printing equipments could get financing help; 2. financial leasing main process in printing industry; 3. the specialty and charges analyses. In the fourth part, I made the analysis of why financial leasing combined successfully with printing industry, which included: 1. printing industry general condition; 2. the difficulties printing factories are facing; 3. printing machinery financial leasing has great advantage; 4. case analyse. In the fifth part, I forecasts financial leasing's developing direction in printing industry, which included: 1. with bank's involve, the financial cost will decline; 2. new financial leasing products will be innovated relating to printing industry; 3. the combination between financial leasing and printing industry will deepen; 4. the worry about the negative part may occur by financial leasing's fast grow in printing industry; 5 tag.Although the financial leasing is introduced into printing industry so late, it grows quickly and successfully. So the condition attracts great attention in both financial leasing industry and printing industry. But by now, few articles were written to sum-up and analyze the financial leasing application conditions in printing industry. This dissertation does this job and hopes it may conduct the printing equipment financial leasing business or be used for conference by financial leasing companies and printing companies. Besides, the comments of the two industries concentrate on the promotion to printing industry made by financial leasing, but few people tell the negative influence may occur to printing industry by financial leasing. In the last part of this dissertation, I tell my worry about it and bring forward that when financial leasing companies carry out business; they should consider long-term influence and take "cultivating an industry" as their tenet to avoid the negative influence to printing industry's development.
