Yantian Port Logistics System Development Mode

With the rapid development of international trade, the port, as international trade bridge have an unprecedented development. Because the close relationship between port and local economic in the region, local governments and enterprises have paid great attention. And government and port enterprise both have introduced port logistics development of short, medium and long-term planning, ignited a new round of port terminals for new construction, renovation, expansion of the war. For the achievement of logistics objectives, more and more traditional port functions of handling, transport, storage and Terminals business, have been explored and tried to transit to a modern logistics function, such as, international shipping center, logistics center, a regional shipping center, port-based logistics park, implementing joint development zone, etc. These useful activities have accumulated some successful experiences and failures.The paper is done under the above background. On the basis of previous research results, the paper expounded the development of port logistics and its formation theory and basis, then discussed the development course of Yantian port and the latter port logistics systems. On the basis of the analysis of the logistics development strategies in Shenzhen City, the papar focus on the port development model, management and resource allocation model of the Yantian portwe hope the article can provide theoretical guidance for port enterprises move towards, also to promote the rapid development of our port logistics, port region for China's economy development and play a positive and effective role.
