With the excess of iron and steel productivity in the global, special in whole country, supply relation in steel products market is changing. Environment of Steel industry has from selling market to buying market. However, the particularity of steel products market in our country is that most of steel-works is state-run enterprise and the majority of steel products circulation enterprise is privately run of enterprise, for this reason, small and medium-size steel products circulation enterprise is faced with tremendous pressure on market risks and lose in business. Business must have strong ability to deal with question by changed environment, then it can exist in rigorous situation .Therefore, steel products circulation enterprise need validly integrated in-out recourses and adapt to change of circumstances over business,industry and region boundary.Based on CAS theory,thought and Principle of Agent model and present condition of small and medium-size steel products circulation enterprise in our country, the paper analyzes Supply chain network organization of small and medium -size steel products circulation enterprise, and set up supply chain network organization model that adapt to small and medium-size steel products circulation enterprise. Finally, through introduction of huatian steel products logistics enterprise ,the paper set up supply chain network organization for it ,and then evaluate effect of network organization. Expected the paper can enrich research of supply chain network organization and guide the development of small and medium-size steel products circulation enterprise in our country.
