These issue can't resolve but China's railway transport efficiency is provided, namely, to maximize output by the use of existing resources.The paper combines DEA model with a variety of statistical methods on our 14 railway assets' the panel data of seven years and on this basis came to the proposal conclusion. The results show responsibility of asset management have not brought the whole railway operating efficiency enhancement, Note the railway industry should also continue to deepen the reform, step even greater strides. Research also shows that the scale of China's railway transport has larger effect on efficiency; China should also pay attention to adjustment of the size in the reform. By analysis of factors influencing the efficiency of railway transport, we know that Passenger travel speed has a positive influence on efficiency of China's railway transport. It confirmed six times Speed-up projects since 1997 is right in theory and practisly and indeed brought to the improvement of efficiency.
