Contrastive Study On Sushang Culture And Zheshang Culture

During the 30 years of reform and opening up, the private economy throughout China have made great progress especially in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province. It catches the attention to South of Jiangsu mode, Wenzhou mode, the new Jiangsu and Zhejiang Merchants. Many researches tend to the commercial spirit quest when they make the study. Although the change with the times and the business model will be in transition, but those succeeding the valuable wealth quality will never fade. The Sushang and Zheshang's spirits which come from the practises during 30 years of reform and opening up are the motive of economy booming.As a cultural category whose extension stands between social culture and organizational culture, regional culture plays a role as the medium in the process of communicating and infiltrating. On the one hand, regional culture absorbs and inherits the social culture's feature, and the intercommunity among the regional cultures in one nation hastens and keeps a nation as a whole; on the other hand, regional culture provides a microcosmic cultural envitonment for the organizational culture, and constitutes the cultural soil for the formation and evolution of the organizational culture and especially its value, in addition to this, it can exert some indirect influence on the ethical values of enterprise, which is the core and essential of enterprise culture.This author began with the study of the Sushang and Zheshang, then attempted to analyze the special influence of the regional culture form various factors in the growing of Sushang and zheshang.Then she explored and summarized the feature of the ethic value of two kinds'enterprises form a comparative study, thereby made clear the influencing mechanism of regional culture, and attempted to give some feasible suggestions for the development of the enterprises of Sushang and zheshang.
