Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the development strategy of government leading factor has been always adopted in our country's tourism. After developing for over 20 years, our country has already been the world tour Great Power by a leap. One side, being identical with the development strategy of government leading factor , in recent years, the all of the various levels government has reinforced support to tourism, and has made great efforts to promoting region economic growth or new growth point of national economy by developing tourism; the other side, our country tourism also already from demand exceeds supply step into an equilibrium of supply and demand, even the relatively saturated development stage , and the market competition in tourism are extraordinarily fierce. In order to adapt to the inner and outside changeful environment and push the forward develop of tourism, while insisting on the development strategy of government leading factor, the government tourism promotion has composed the important form of tourism market promotion in our country. Pay close attention to and study on the government tourism promotion attaches great importance to the theory, practice and policy.Firstly, this study analyses the current situation of the government tourism promotion in China and set forth three kinds of distribution structure including time distribution, area distribution and grade distribution. Meanwhile, carries out induction on the characteristic of the government tourism promotion .Secondly, it carries out multilayer analyses on pertinent influential factor at the same time. Thirdly, submits corresponding countermeasure and suggestion on which the all of the various levels government carry out tourism promotion effectively.The paper includes five parts as follows: Chapter 1: Introduction. It mainly includes discussing topic and study purpose, recollection about theory on the government tourism promotion at home and abroad, research method and study content. Chapter 2: Strategy of government leading factor and the government tourism promotion. This chapter sketches the background of the government tourism promotion, introduces the form and characteristic of promotion, and analyses the current situation of the government tourism promotion in our country. Chapter 3: Distribution characteristic of time, area and grade about the government tourism promotion. It comparatively analyses the government tourism promotion in the view of different time, different area and different grade, summarizes and expounds distribution characteristic. Chapter 4: The influential factor on the distribution characteristic of the government tourism promotion. This chapter carries out thorough analysis the factor affecting the promotion. Chapter 5: Countermeasure and future view.
