As the second largest trading economies in the world, Japan is also one of the major importers & exporters of trade in services, but the international competitiveness of its service sectors is relatively weak compared with other developed countries, the low productivity of the service sector has a negative impact on economic growth, GDP and employment.This paper analyzes the reasons of weak international competitiveness for Japan's Service sectors through review of trade policy and concludes illuminations for China.
