Research On The Path Depedence In South-Jiangsu Private Enterprises

The south-Jiangsu is one of the most developed regions in China. After reform and open policy, the fast development of south-Jiangsu economy attracts attentions from the whole nation. However, the south-Jiangsu private enterprises had come into a difficult position in later 1990s. Compared with other local private enterprises, especially the "Wenzhou pattern", the growth speed and economic effect is unsatisfactory. With the speeding economy globalization, the south-Jiangsu private enterprises will face more stern challenges from domestic and foreign markets.The development of the township enterprise is the main reason that it arouses the economy of south-Jiangsu region to develop quickly, as well as the reason that it restricts its further development. The "south-Jiangsu pattern" is actually a path choice in a particular social condition. The usefulness of the choice comes to be the internal factor that it pushes the pattern to enhance continuously in its beginning. But any pattern can not get away from the condition. Once the condition taking place basic variety, it will turns over to restrict its development. Currently, south-Jiangsu private enterprises have already exposed a various shortage in its development, because of the path dependence on the property right, the enterprise internal management, the enterprise's enter selective and enterprise's financing behavior. Based on the above, this paper has carried on massive research to the south-Jiangsu private enterprise growth and path dependence.The south-Jiangsu private enterprise pushed the motive that it mainly comes from the exterior environment before, now then it have to acquire the firm inner part growth motive for a further development. The south-Jiangsu private enterprises currently have to look after a path break for there are more problems on it's corporate governance, strategic management, corporate culture etc. Contacting the firm current actual circumstance and combining the path dependence of the firm, this paper studied the problems appear most ordinary at present, and gave the related counterplan suggestion.
