The firms' employment structure treats of the problems about the relation between the firms and their stuff and the allocation of the stuff inside the firms. As the producing unit in the economy, the firms' employment structure affects strongly a country's labor market efficiency and the firms' producing efficiency. The relation problem between the firms and their stuff is related to the corporation governance theory, and radically determines the firms' management objective, then ulteriorly affects the allocation of the stuff inside the firms. The paper defined the stuff as the important participators of the firms, and the firm is a game structure between the stuff and the shareholders, so we interiorized the stuff's status. In order to analyze the effect of the stuff's interiorization, we established an argy-bargy game model and analyzed how the stuff's negotiation ability affects the firms' product price strategy, residual income allocation strategy and growth strategy. We found the improvement of the stuffs negotiation ability would increase the stuff's share to the firms' residual income, and would urge the firms to make use of their pricing ability in the product market to a much more extent, so to make higher price and snatch more monopoly income in a unit of their product. Moreover, on the assumption of the stuff homogenization, improvement of the stuff's negotiation ability maybe decrease the firms' investment desire, then decrease firms' growth rate.The allocation problem of the stuff inside the firms is related to the relation problem between the firms and their stuff. Under the framework of the argy-bargy game model, the paper proved that in a specific allocation structure of the stuff, the effect of the stuff's negotiation ability on the firms' growth rate would be counteracted partially and totally, so unliquidity of the stuff may not decrease the firms' growth rate, although many economists thought that is. However, the allocation problem of the stuff inside the firms needs to explain in advance how the post system which the firms adopt in practice comes into being. The paper gave a clear definition about the post design principles of the firm and pointed out the post design should consider producing efficiency of the asset concourse in the charge of a post, and the asset concourse producing efficiency is mainly determined by the value the post produces and the possibility the post can produce value. Based on the careful analysis about the firms' post system, the paper made an assumption that the stuff is not homogeneous in their ability and experience, and gave out an appropriate definition to the promotion rule inside the firms, then under the framework of the argy-bargy game, the paper discussed how the stuff interiorization affects the firms' growth rate. So we gave out a good answer about the firms' employment structure.
