The Empirical Study Of Mpact On Employment Due To Technological Advance In Province Hebei

First, clear the research object and the correlation theory, it draws lessons fromresearch achievements at home and abroad,at the same time, the enterprise value appraisaltheory and the traditional enterprise value assessment methods are reviewed in this paper.The main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of technological progress onemployment in Hebei Province from both the total employment and industry employmentstructure empirically through mathematical modeling.For the subject, the literaturemethod、theoretical research methods、comparative analysis、qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis and empirical research methods were combined.Firstly, this study described technological advances theory on the basis at home andabroad of the technical and technological progress, the concept related to technologicalprogress and employment categories and implementation of technological progress；Commentted employment theory from employment and employment-related concepts andWestern theories；Constructted a theoretical framework the employment effect ontechnical progress from classical theory, Marxpoint of view, neo-classical theory of theanalytical framework,the new growth theory,Schumpeter’s theory of innovation and theresearch of Neo-Schumpeterian school about economic cycle.Secondly, the relationship of technological progress and employment were analyzed,at the beginning, introducing the factors of the effects of technological progress onemployment in Hebei Province, from the positive and negative aspects, followed bydetailed analysis of the total employment change and the status quo of Hebei Province, thecalculation and analysis employment elasticity of economic growth, technologicalprogress, and the employment relationship elasticity of technological progress; at last, thethree industries output in Hebei Province as well as employment structure, and industrialemployment structure of the employment elasticity were analyzed, in order to proposepolicy in Hebei Province to promote employment and technological progress in the fifthchapter.Again, on the basis of mathematical modelingof the effects of technological progress on employment, the use of Eviews5.0 software, according to the 1978-2009 annualstatistics, analyzing from the impact of technological advances on the total employmentand the industrial employment structure empirically,and got the appropriate conclusions,to provide for the province a theoretical basis for measures to boost employment throughtechnological progress.Finally, from the macro, industry and enterprise levels, technological progressstrategies to promote employment were proposed in Hebei Province. at the macrolevel,specifying the overall planning of technological development, selecting the way oftechnology advances and changes, guiding thetechnological progress included in concretemeasures;at the industry level, including complying with the inherent laws of industrydevelopment,taking into account the correlation between industry and focusing on thedevelopment of tertiary industry;at the enterprise level,there were Static,dynamic andecological technological progress strategies.
