The Research On Construction Program Time Management And Application Of P3e/c During Construction Phase

Today the scale of construction projects in our county are become larger and larger, more of which appear as a program with greater complexity in Technique, more stakeholders, higher uncertainty and risk, more information transportation than ever before, which have greatly increase the difficulty during the construction project management, time management esp. However, we still have good news, The theory of project management have also improved as program management, which probably supplies us a good way to solve the problem during the construction phase. The paper here tries to apply this theory with modern IT technique in construction management on the time management, planning and control, in construction program, whichincluding as follow:a. Introduction the main content of program management, including project management, integetion management and coloperation, and also the practice in realization in P3e/c(Primavera Project Planner for engineering & construction).b. Research on the time planning of construction program to form a baseline in P3e/c, using 6s code technique, and build corresponding work flow system.c. Research on the time control of construction program including the evaluation and predict of the performance of the program in P3e/c.d. Research on the integration of resource, cost and time management.
