| With the coming of internet era,market competition becomes more and more intense.Enterprise always kick off many projects simultaneously as an countermeasure to the challenge of competitors.Traditional project management theory is mainly focus on the single project.When we want to introduce it directly into program management,something goes wrong especially in resource management.We would meet the issues like organization architecture mismatch,wrong project priority verification,resource conflict,hard to encourage team member etc.How to well use the resource of company to achieve the strategy target of enterprise is the key problem in program management.This thesis is focus on the program resource management on the basis of overseas and domestic research status.Considering the actual situation of M company,author analyzing the solution of the main problems found in resource management.For example,improving the communication path to optimize the organization structure.Multiple usage of method like BSC to justify the priority of projects.Introduce the resource pool method to monitoring the status of resource as a countermeasure to solve the resource conflict.And making pointed references in team member encouragement.Since the theory regarding the program management is still far from mature,the research results of this paper have a certain theoretical and practical significance.Author try to find a way to improve the theory and practice of program resource management on the basis of the experience of M company.It is also set a solid foundation of further research of enterprise program management. |
