ERP And The Research On Integration With CRM System

The global information technology brings the booming of large management system software including ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan), CRM(Customer Relation Management) ,SCM(Supply Chain Management). But with the development of network technique and popularity of Internet that lead to innovation of the information technology, the management thought, marketing theory and organization structure is changing and the content of modern enterprise information construction is transforming greatly as well: The enterprise not only focuses on the information construction integration inside it, but also must has more information construction on integration inside and outside it, so as to get the effect that internal and external resource can be unblocked and best utilized. The paper researches the integrating CRM and ERP of Beijing Mars Trade and Industry Ltd. as an example to study the integrating the CRM with the ERP further, step to achieve the integration of business processes and achieve detailed discussion. ERP integration will be the development of new directions.
