The dissertation is based theory on customer value and value-chain and makes way of customer value analysis. It describes how to make product have right position ,sell product itself value and realize it ultimate value-added promotion during the industrial product sell in China. According to my own working experience in foreign company, it is based on value theory and customer need centered theory, uses different product position and product value-added service, provides total solution and other sell strategy, use value-chain theory in sell process and make ultimate value-added promotion accordingly ultimate product process supply chain .It analyses product value-added part with mathematics model, provide price for company and sell aim price for sell department.
