| Corporate Culture is culture of a corporation which is formed in a long-term developing process. Its existence is provided with objectivity, and it's performance takes on multiplicity. Corporate Culture has certain stability once it is formed. One Corporate Culture will be positive or negative in the different interior and exterior environment. When the internal or external environment has changed significantly or is going to change significantly, the corporation should have it's culture reconstructed.The China Netcom is a typical state-owned corporation, and it's city-level branches are representative in the company system. To complete a city-level branch's Corporate Culture, is just to solve the entire group's most important culture-reconstruction problem. Other state-owned corporations will benefit from the experience during the drastic reorganization of economy and society. And Chinese basic theoretical research of Corporate Culture and the practice of Corporate Culture construction will also be well advanced.Corporate Culture reconstruction is a systematic project. This article first dedicates the research to basic theory of Corporate Culture and Corporate Culture reconstruction, then on the basis of current research, emphasizes Corporate Culture's multiplicity and historicity. This article has dedicated a chapter to the study of culture reconstruction during a corporation's transformation period. And from this, the article has analyzed the external environment and the actual situation of Corporate Culture of China Netcom's city level branches. On this foundation, the article has put forward it's opinion on a corporation's corporate culture reconstruction from the perspectives of basic starting point, content, choice of implementing department as well as re-phasing of implementation schedule.The article has persisted in a dialectical and developmental viewpoint, and the method of idiographic analysis and demonstration to carry through the research. The issues and the opinions it points out are objective, pertinent and facile, and are significant in both theory and practice. |
