But whether did the new company operate efficiently and reach the expect effect after M&A mostly attribute the management integration. And the HR integration is the key of the management integration.In recent year, the enterpriser pay more and more attain to the HR integration. However, because of the fixed thought mode and old notion, at present, in the practice the enterprise of our country is still lack clear realization in HR integration after M&A.
