Research On Software Innovation Fund Management

Medium and small enterprises are deemed as "Back of American Economy" in the eye of Americans and Japanese take them as "Source of Power Accelerating Japanese Economy". Hence, all governments in the world support the development of medium and small enterprises especially the "Technology Enterprises", which are even been taken as major contributor in technology innovation. As an important part of technology enterprises, software industry makes great contribution to China economic construction and science and technology development. However, software enterprise is different from general technology enterprises. It is difficult for software enterprises to get a loan from commercial bank because of its specialty, which are the reason why many domestic software enterprises meet the embarrassment in financing. Our government has established innovation fund to encourage and help enterprises including software enterprises out of the mess. While the results are away from people's expectation.On the basis of having deep interview on representative enterprises of software industry, this thesis tries to make impersonal analysis on the existing issue occurred in innovation fund management for software project to find ways to reform existed software innovation fund management and to establish new system to accord with its specialty. Should software innovation fund be put into the right enterprises and enterprise really in need of the fund, it really help this industry with high devotion, high revenue, high risk and rapid development. That is why the author write this thesis and makes this thesis really useful and helpful no matter in theory or in practice.
