Compensation system design is the premise and important part of establishing the modem compensation management regulation. Meanwhile, it is also the crucial segment of development and management of human resource. Therefore, to design and implement a set of scientific compensation system is meaningful for ZhengYuan Technology Company which is in the course of fast development.Using the theory of the compensation management and design theory synthetically, this thesis used the research method integrating qualitative and quantitative analysis, and using compensation design tool such as job analysis and job evaluation, construct and take key value chain as the thread, stress the key business procedure ,compensation system of ZhengYuan Technology Company elevating enterprise's key competitiveness to the guideline in an all-round way. At first, this thesis has analyzed problems of compensation system that existing in ZhengYuan Technology Company originally ; set up institutional framework again, define job duty , discuss the determinant of salary of various staff separately, set up person who manage, marketing, technology, assist kind and five post of producing etc.; Separately to person who manage, marketing, technology, auxiliary kinds of four post make job evaluation,confirm important degree of dividing into value of post and curve of all kinds of posts;Confirm the salary structure and salary level; Implement middle administrative staffs yearly salary system, the wage system that production personnel reckon by the piece, the salary systems of marketing , technology , auxiliary kind of post performance wage systems of personnel's.This thesis is the question existing on the original compensation system around ZhengYuan Technology Company and launched , the purpose is to improve the foreigncompetitiveness of salary of key administrative staff and technical staff of our company, keep and attract outstanding talents, dispel the staffs internal unfair sense , improve employee'senthusiasm of working, strengthen management level of human resources of ZhengYuan Technology Company among market competition, design to other enterprise that rely mainly on producer salary system have person who draw lessons from certainly at the same time.
