Balance Urban And Rural Development And Aim At Urban/Rural Composition

The relation between urban and rural is a radical problem to our modernization. So, to balance urban and rural development is a strategic decision advanced by our party's sixteen congress, which is of strategic significance to our country's overall economic and development as well as to built harmonious society. This thesis begins with the introduction of the origin of the theory about the relationship between urban and rural; illustrates the currently existing main conflicts and problem between urban and rural; analyzes the cause of discrimination between urban and rural areas; at last, emphasizes the measures to balance development of urban and rural areas; points that urban/rural composition is the final goal of balancing urban and rural development; depicts the blueprint of urban/rural composition.This thesis composes the following five chapters divided into three parts:The first part: foreword. It introduces the attempt and significance of this thesis.The second part: the first chapter. It summarizes some works on relationship between urban and rural at home and abroad from old time to present, and the methods and tools of researching.The third part: it is the trunk of the thesis and includes Chapter Two, Chapter Three, and Chapter Four. First, it introduces the standard of partitioning urban and rural and its evolvement,which play a important role to the following pant. Then the trunk of the thesis. It composes the following three parts: what the problem is——current instance about the disparity between urban and rural development; why the problem exists——political and economic cause; how to solve the problem——the countermeasures to balance urban and rural development, the blueprint of urban/rural composition.The fourth part: the end of the thesis and the relevant works. Point out the center of this thesis again. That is, urban/rural composition is the certain choice of balancing urban and rural areas.
