Corporate development is always closely related to the transition of the external environment and industry, the same applies to Telecom Company. Encouraged by the economic globalization and technology innovation, most of the leading Telecom Service Providers in the world have expanded their business to the Global Market. China, as one of the strongest engines for global economy growth, attracts the interest of the world and drives those leading Telecom companies to enter its Telecom market via various ways. Till Year 2006, almost all of the Global Telecom Service providers have set up affiliate companies in China.Driven by the hot requirement of MNC (Multi National Companies) and the independence to local carriers, International Connectivity has become the majority of those Foreign Carriers'business in China. Thus, although the Telecom Market in China is still highly monopolized, International Telecom Industry has already stepped into high competitive and mature stage in advance of other traditional Telecom Service segment.
