After 1990s, along with the economical globalization and the fast development of high-tech, the external environment which the enterprise located has had the remarkable change. Facing the customer demand indefinite degree increase, the product life cycle reduces and the product structure changes complex environment the more and more, the enterprise seeks interior for the originate which can effectively enhances the productive forces becomes more and more difficulty, the pattern of supply chain management was proposed by people as the main management strategy to promote enterprise competitive advantage from exterior. For this, the organizational structure served to the enterprise strategic target realizes face the stern challenge, the theory and the practice pay more attention to constructed what type of the organizational structure to be able to matches the supply chain management strategy.In this article research, at first, based on the related theoretical analysis about the supply chain management strategy, pointed out that the traditional enterprise organizational structure pattern cannot match with the newly operation strategy, Proposed the necessity of the transformation organizational structure if some enterprises want to enhance the competitive advantage through supply chain management.Secondly, the article proposed a newly organizational structure pattern based on the analysis of the comparison theory with practice, which matches with the supply chain management strategy, also, proved that this newly organizational structure pattern can adapt the complex changeable environment well, meets the customer individuality need.Finally, after the newly enterprise organizational structure was proposed which based on the supply chain management strategy. How to lead the transformation of the organizational structure becomes a concerned issue. Analysis some of the two important factors (human resources and scientific technology) which decide whether the transformation succeed. The valuation of the organizational structure reforming will become the important job before another one, some factors which can not match with supply chain management strategy will be amended, in order that the newly organizational structure is able to ensure its effective implementation, achieves the purpose of rising enterprise competition thereby.
