| In the integration of global economy environment, supply chain management has begun to be used world wide as a way to efficiently improve corporations'competence, and the competition between enterprises gradually transforms into the competition between the supply chain and supply chain. Meanwhile, the supply chain so much supply chain risk caused by its unique mode of operation, brittleness, the uncertainty in the management system and political, economic, law, environmental, and which will have a significant impact on the operation of the supply chain. The strategy of supply chain flexibility is becoming more and more appreciated in practice as a way to solve the above problems in SCM. However, because of the complexity of the supply chain, supply chain flexibility of the study is a difficult point at present.This thesis analyzes the supply chain flexibility with the systematic view based on system dynamic. The main factors why the supply chain needs to have flexible characteristics were identified. They are supply brittleness and management uncertainty. They are supply brittleness and management uncertainty. Then, according to the main impact of which, the system dynamic model established on which three factors that find out. They are the reaction time, inventory and the cost. Then, it simulates the cost, reaction time and the inventory through inputting the parameter in the model. To the problems that the result appears, the thesis gives the policy recommendations:First, Three kinds of flexible strategies are proposed based on the simulation results of the supplier response time, and which were stable strategy, the corresponding strategy and flexible dynamic selection strategy; Second, according to simulation results of the logistics company's delivery time, the thesis proposes three kind of flexible strategies, what they are to establish a platform for improving logistics flexibility, to improve the resources-flexible of the distribution system, and to create dynamic virtual distribution company; Third, according to the simulation results of the desired stock, the program can be used as follows:the entire supply chain organizations to implement multi-level inventory control, Joint inventory control, and VMI (vendor managed inventory); Fourth, according to the simulation results of random sales, customer relationship management is proposed based on a flexible sales model; Finally, based on the above, an integrated supply chain model of flexible was established. |
