Research On Operation And Control System Of The Production Logistics In Company

Management of enterprises' production logistics, which is related to product cost and enterprises' benefits, has become an important competition factor. The goal of this paper is to analyze the current management of production logistics for A company, and design the operation and control system of production logistics for adapting A company, which improves the management performance of enterprises' production logistics.Firstly, the development about the management mode of production logistics and the research background about this paper have been discussed. It is the main question that they can not deliver the product to the customer on time for A company. Thus the necessibility and significance of this paper are illuminated.Secondly, the three modes based on JIT and ERP and TOC which indicates those operation principles and the characteristic of the logistics and advantages are analyzed with emphasis. For the current production logistics state of the A company, it is summarized and analyzed briefly in this paper.Thirdly, it not only applies in three analysis methods on value stream mapping and process and layout to find the question existing in A company, but also indicates a new management mode of production logistics, including main production schedule and bottleneck identification and material transportation between process, base on JIT and ERP and TOC ideology to solve those problem. The method of the bottleneck identification and the implementation of the material transportation are discussed in this paper.Finally, one part of the enterprise's management operation and control system, which is called bottleneck identification, is designed. This part is used in SQL Server 2000 database, and its overall foundation bases on bottleneck which has its time and products which would have been finished in its deadline.
