Production logistics is a key link of logistics in manufacturing enterprises. However, there are many serious problems in production logistics of manufacturing enterprises in China. The plan and control method of traditional production logistics results in long lead time, heavy stock of products and low productivity. Therefore, a kind of effective plan and control method of production logistics is urgently needed to make reasonable allocation of the production materials and optimize the manufacturing process, so as to improve the status of production logistics in manufacturing enterprises, and improve their Inventory management capabilities and Product delivery capability.In the second Chapter, The thesis introduces the concept, characteristics and research content of production logistics, analyzes the influencing factors of production logistics and the basic requirement for rationalization, and suggests the significance of research on plan and control method of production logistics in manufacturing enterprises based on the status of manufacturing in China. The thesis summarizes and evaluates the principle and typical method of production logistics plan and control.In the third Chapter, based on Z enterprise as the research object, the article analyzes the status of production logistics in detail and find many problems,such as low inventory management capabilities and product delivery capability.In the fourth Chapter, according to the problem of product delivery capability, the thesis use Theory of Constraints (TOC) to find production capacity bottleneck, collect corporate data for the identification of bottlenecks, find the bottlenecks, and improve the product delivery capability. In the fifth Chapter, according to the problem of Inventory management capabilities, the thesis use MRPII/JIT/TOC integration of manufacturing production and logistics planning and control model to reduce the company’s stock, raise the level of inventory management.
