This viewpoint can support by following: First, the peasants who receive training haven't got obvious wage income. Second, the proportion of peasants who receive training is not high. Third, employment rate after training is low. There are various reasons for such problems. Government, training institutes and peasants are the three main parts in the training for rural migrant labor force. So we can find the reasons from the three parts. We have come to some conclusions as follows after making investigations and analyzing relevant data.1.
