The training for rural migrant labor force is the guided and vocational training for rural labor force that want to get employment in Non-Agricultural or town. Advancing this training is the important measure to promote the harmonious development between urban and rural areas and build a well-off society in an all-round way in Guangxi. It is also the important embodiment of carrying out the Scientific Concept of Development. It is quite a good deal researches on the training for rural migrant labor force at present, but little wholly in one province. In addition, the majority researches are scattered experience and lack of systematically thinking. So it has operation significance and theoretical Meanings to research the training for rural migrant labor force in Guangxi.The training for rural migrant labor force is developing gradually in Guangxi now follows the principle"government promotes, schools operate, departments supervise, peasants benefit". In order to fulfill needs of peasants to join the migrant training, governments at all levels make training plans, invest more funds and take relevant measures to supervise and direct the training institutes that take the training task. Although training institutes take an active part in the training work directing by government, the effect of training is not evident. This viewpoint can support by following: First, the peasants who receive training haven't got obvious wage income. Second, the proportion of peasants who receive training is not high. Third, employment rate after training is low. There are various reasons for such problems. Government, training institutes and peasants are the three main parts in the training for rural migrant labor force. So we can find the reasons from the three parts. We have come to some conclusions as follows after making investigations and analyzing relevant data.1. There exist a lot of"absence"phenomena in supervisory service of government departments in the training for rural migrant labor force, such as imperfect mechanism of management, insufficient training funds, stagnant construction of service platform, and the defect evaluation mechanism and labor export.2.The training institutes can't meet the demand of the training for rural migrant labor force because of the backward teaching condition, inadequate training contents and unreasonable training patterns.3.Educated poorly or insufficiently and influenced by traditional concept, peasants'...
