The Research On The Informationization Of Logistics Management In XX Retail Chain Trade

Modern logistics is one of the hot points in today's economic development, and also the new growth point of enterprise profits. The retail chain involves many lines and processes including purchase, storage, processing, distribution and the after-sale services, consequently requiring backup by high efficient logistics system and the logistics is sure to be very complicated and heavy. To create high efficient logistics system is critical for improving logistics management, reducing logistics cost, increasing economic profits and service level and enhancing enterprise's competitive ability.Through the description and analysis to the development process of the logistics system in XX retail chain enterprise, this paper finds out the current problems in it and gives corresponding solutions, which is reference in a certain extent for the informationization of logistics management in retail chain trade.
