| With the rapid development of the national economy, the scale of the urban infrastructure construction has become more and more large. However, with construction scale increasing, the construction project security and the environment management actually relatively falls behind. The fateful malignant security accident such as electrocute, altitude falling often happened. The working condition has become worse and worse day by day, and the question about construction security and environment management becomes the focal point which people nowadays pay more attention to.Firstly, in this paper, the research background and problems of security environment management in our country are introduced. Then the advanced method and effective measures in overseas are analyzed. This paper also systematically introduced the traditional procedure of the security and environment management in our country and scholars'study on it in our country and abroad. Moreover, it is introduced that the computation principle and application of EMA. This method is put use to choose the security management plan which can get the most benefit. Then, this paper researches on the basic principle and computation method of the balanced scorecards in order to evaluate the security and environment management system of the project. Finally, the results have been put use to research of the security environment management of Tianjin subway number 1 line rebuild project - west station. So the security management plan has been chosen according to the principle of EMA, and the security and environment management system of the project has also been established. Then the potential problems can be found and eliminated by using the balanced scorecards method. By doing this, the security and environment management system of the project runs in a good cycle, and about the project, there are not fateful securities accidents in 40 months. The construction environment management level has been increased. |
