Application Study On The Development And Popularization Of Green Eco-house In The Residential Industry In Chongqing

This paper is focused on the development and the popularization of Green Eco-house in the residential industry in Chongqing. Under the background of sustainable development, this paper used amount of research facts and data to explain the necessary and the emergency of developing Green Eco-house. Then the paper introduced the theory background of Green Eco-house's birth, definition and the connotation of the Green Eco-house. Meanwhile, relevant theories to the development of Green Eco-house were analyzed too. Those matured conditions accelerated the necessary and development of Green Eco-house. After summing up the green building development systems at home and abroad, which consisted of policies, codes, instructors, appraisal standard, etc., and introductions of some cases, this paper discussed the application situation of Green Eco-house in Chongqing. Approaches used in each step of the development progress are combined with the geography, climate and the culture characters of Chongqing, to meet the requirements of Green Building Appraisal Standard (GB/T50378-2006), which is a national standard for the appraisal of green building. Besides the development approach, another key-point of this paper is the economic analysis. Induction and deductive method are used to prove that; the development of Green Eco-house in Chongqing is economic saving from the viewpoint of"Life Cycle Cost". Based on conclusions gained from the discussion, it is necessary for Chongqing to popularize the Green Eco-house. So this paper gives some practical measures from the aspects of the government, the developers and the consumers. Only these relevant parts'effort can make the Green Eco-house become the mainstream in the residential industry in Chongqing.
