Project management is already extensively applied in every industry. In the Same way, the knowledge of project management is becoming the crucial means in real estate which guarantees product quality and obtains an economic performance.Real estate project management plays a very important role in real estate development enterprises. The preliminary arrangement of real estate developers, such as strategy, market research, feasibility demonstration, economic analysis and the subsequent marketing of real estate developers can be achieved by the ultimate product, which is manufactured through the whole project management processes. The multiangles and multifactors management of the real estate project includes the management of person, wealth and things; it also includes the management of time, purchase, contract and quality. After informatization of project management, we could achieve the integration management of these factors in a scientific project management model.Chapter 2 is the theory research on real estate, emphasizing to introduce several common used real estate project management models, having a contrastive analysis for these models' characteristics and advantages and disadvantages. At the end of this chapter we discuss the present condition in our country real estate project management and the existent problems.Chapter 3 set up a control model for real estate project management. By introducing the team construction of real estate project, we mainly put forward that project manager's high efficiency and study ability is very important for the whole project management. For the spot management problem of the real estate project, the paper mainly discusses four factors and has an emphases on the evaluation of real estate project which embody the importance for the whole project management.The paper takes"XIFU·LANTING", a project of the ZhongZhu Realty Company, as the case to made the research on the existing real estate project management mode, analyzes the problems in the process of the realty project carried out, searches for the ways to complete the real estate project satisfactorily.
