Along with the mechanism of competition was introduced, The importance of information technology in the development strategy of electric enterprise was strengthened increasingly. In the several years, the electric power enterprise will pay more attention to perfecting of the information-based infrastructure, and the support and integration to management. When the electric power supply and demand attain balance hereafter, The electric enterprise will concerned themselves with information-based promoting the management, to the customer's attention, the adaptability to the competed market environment, the support to the decision, and the integration influence etc. Face this circumstance, only evaluate the show performance that information technology project bring can not follow after the development of IT project of electric power enterprise, can not account for comprehensive development level of electric power enterprise IT project already.We devote to introduce the index system of the social performance so that we can make better the evaluation of electric plant IT project. Through the analysis of the previous evaluation index system and method, based on the principle of IT project evaluation, the evaluation index system of electric plant IT project has been set, then the fuzzy Synthetically Evaluation model are proposed. The evaluations contain three part, IT application level, economic performance, and social benefits. We use these guide lines and methods to evaluate IT Project of Inner Mongolia Zhunger Guohua Electric Plant, and get a fairly good result. The Analysis on the advantage and disadvantage of this project was given. The author sum up the experience and revelation of electric plant IT project evaluation and construction. In the end of this thesis, the author counts for the disadvantage and the future research direction, and make a summary of the whole article research. |
