Research On The Balanceable Relationship Between Material Input And Service Value In Construction Based On Ecological Value

People are linked to require high-level life quality with the progress of society, especially in construction field. But it needs more and more resource, and which influences environment much more. People have to pay more attention to the relationship between construction and environment. Therefore, the concepts of eco-building, green building and sustainable building become popular.There were four main parts in this paper. Firstly, the paper discussed the importance of construction balanceable relationship between material input and service value. After represented balanceable relationship from two aspects, the relationship between human and nature and the meaning of ecology, the paper analyzed the based relationship between material input and service value. Secondly, brought forward ecological value as the evaluative standard of construction balanceable relationship, analyzed the ecological value in construction field. Thirdly, established the system of construction balanceable relationship, and especially analyzed the relationship of all unites in the system. Finally, the paper discussed the ecological value flow outside the construction balanceable relationship system.Ecological building has been researched on lots of fields. This paper took material input and service value as a kind of antinomy. The balanceable relationship between material input and service value was the core of ecological building. The paper applied the idea of ecology in the construction balanceable relationship. And it wound be beneficial on finding the harmonious relationship between human and nature.
