With population growth and the continuous expansion of city size, urban and rural structure of land use and land use patterns produced very big change, construction land and landscape ecological land intensified the contradiction. Many natural ecosystems land types,which has unique value, such as wetlands, wasteland, beach, etc. evolved into land, construction land,led to the gradual weakening ecological function. This not only broke the natural ecosystem balance, but also makes the human survival environment deterioration, appear social economic and ecological environment harmonious situation, directly affected by the sustainable development of society. Therefore, the regional eco-environmental protection and ecological land evaluation, planning, construction research,the optimal allocation of various types of land, to resolve the current ecological land area insufficient, weakening and other issues has great importance.The text choosed Huanghua as the research subjects, which is sited in the southeast of Hebei province. On the basis of ecological research sites at home and abroad, reference Huanghua second land use survey results, work out ecological land classification system. Using GIS technology, the space benefits of ecological land landscape pattern in Huanghua are calculated and analyzed. Through optimizing simulation spatial pattern of ecological land, determined the spatial pattern of Huanghua ecological land control area and type proportion appropriate interval.Based on the above results,combined with the natural and socio-economic conditions of Huanghua, according to the different ecological function zoning, the text construced ecological system and analyzed Huanghua ecological land pattern space optimization by using the cellular automata model. In view of the current problems in the Huanghua ecological land, proposed constructing ecological land measures and. suggestionsThe followings are the major research conclusions:(1) According to the domestic and foreign relevant ecolo'gical land research and Huanghua second land use investigation results, and combining the status quo, work out the ecological land classification system.(2) Using landscape pattern analysis software FRAGSTATS, the spatial pattern index of Huanghua ecological land was calculated, the results show that wetland ecological plaques quantity are few and patches index is big, to maintain core animals and plants survival benefit higher; Salinity-alkalinity wasteland ecological plaques number are more, to protect local edge kind ecological benefit higher; Other ecological land scattered on cultivated land in matrix to keeping local biodiversity has certain significance. Overall gathered degrees of ecological land is not high, Between various ecological land link is weak, It's difficult to exploit overall ecological benefits. Based on the analysis of the ecological corridors, found that traffic corridor, river corridor, waterway composite corridor connectivity are lower, corridor network lacked the construction of connection and ecological effect integration.(3) Using landscape neutral model simulation software SIMMAP, Huanghua ecological land pattern are simulated, and the results showed that the ecological land in total configure process should be controlled in total land area between 45%-50%. Garden area of control in between 5-6%; forest area of control in between 2-4%; grassland area of control in between 4-5%; water area between 13-14% control; saline wasteland area of control in 13-14%; wetland area should be controlled at between 12-13%.(4) According to Huanghua landscape ecological pattern and the different ecological functions, dividing the Huanghua ecological land functional areas, including coastal wetland conservation area, ecological protection of natural wetland areas, saline areas of ecological development and protection, ecological corridor protection belt.(5) According to the spatial relationship of the ecological land in HuangHua and the existing problems,based on the ecological zones,configured and optimized Huanghua ecological land space layout. Through the buffer design and corridor optimization, the text not only improved the connectedness of various ecological land,but also coordinated the ecological land patterns and ecological process relationship. Finally the part simulated and optimized Huanghua ecological land space pattern using cellular automaton model and logistic's regression model, proposed system construct ecological land measures and Suggestions based on the local natural and social and economic characteristics.
