It considers that the political or policy risk is an all-important factor in the civil engineering general contract of electric power, especially the demands about environment-protection and the policy of housebreaking have crucial effect on the project, and in the international projects, the natural risk, the constructive-method risk and the contract risk are risk factors which should be carefully treated by the contractor.By the paper's study, it aims to discuss the variety of risk which will be fell across by engineering general contractor of electric power at currently circumstance of politic, market and humanity.
