| Along the high-speed development of economics around the world, international trade has been an indispensable part of economic development in every country, and has also been one of the most active parts in international exchange. The logistics is an important platform for the development of international trade, only the smooth logistic channels can ensure the smooth development of international trade. As a key component of enterprise logistics, inventory has attracted more and more attention to academics. In this paper, we discuss the mode of operation of the traditional inventory management, and the modern inventory management model in supply chain.Especially, we give a detailed discussion for optimization and control with regard to the coordinating multi-level inventory model in Modern information technology. Based on the inventory coordination and optimization model of secondary supply chain, this paper researches the optimization of optimal safety factor in the overall inventory levels. it is assumed that the entire supply chain's demand and lead time are the normal distribution, which can reflect the mean and volatility of stock . We continue to use the concept of effective inventory levels.Finally, by analysis of data, we found that in the optimization model of three-tier inventory, costs of inventory in supply chain can been reduced throughout the overall safety factor of supply chain optimizating. By comparing overall optimization with local optimization, we found that overall optimization have significant advantages in reducing cost of inventory in supply chain. With the increasingly fierce market competition, the uncertainties of demand and the early period are increasing, however, the increase of uncertainty of demand will reduce the value of overall optimization, and the increase of uncertainty of early period will increase the value of overall optimization. Therefore, even if demand has greater uncertainty, overall optimization of the supply chain can reduce the cost.Therefore, the sense of whole supply chain should be strengthen in all supply chain nodes. And we should make efforts to optimize the overall of the supply chain to lower the cost of the entire supply chain, and achieve the objective of enhancing the competitiveness of the whole supply chain. So,itself can enhance effectiveness in the market competition. in order to enable enterprises to adapt to the fierce competition in today's market, the government departments should investment to infrastructure construction, and strengthen national information network construction. |
