The Research On Industrial Ecosystem's Evolution And The Supply Chain Management Strategy

This article studies the industrial ecosystem's evolution and the supply chain management strategy. From the circulation economy theory, this paper thoroughly analyzed the circulation economy connotation and the essence, united with system ecology and the industrial organization theory defined the intension of industry ecosystem, then summarized the intrinsic relations between circulation economy development pattern and the industrial ecosystem. Constructing the industry ecosystem is an effective way to develop the circulation economy, and in a relative big region to construct the multiple eco-industry system become our inevitable choice.Then from the construction principles of industrial ecosystem, the paper studied evolution process of Chinese existing industry cluster to the industry ecosystem, proposed that industrial ecosystem was not the complete closed-loop system, using economics methods to analize reasonable coupling way of processing organization and industrial system.Then we proposed some related policy suggestion on the ecology evolution of industrial complexes,mixed industrial parks,and multiple eco-industrial regions.Finally this article studed the industrial ecosystem's supply chain management strategy. Using the enterprise strategic standard research method, through the environment analysis, the resources and strategic ability analysis, cultural and benefit counterparts' expectation analysis, and the SWOT method, we raised that resource conservation and the environment friendly was the industry ecosystem enterprise's strategic target,supply chain management was its strategic choice to realizes the industry ecosystem goal.We discussed the SCM measures from the following three aspects: supplier's strategy, consumer strategy and system continuous improvement strategy.At last we used the LCA methods to measured the IE's supply chain performance, and carried on a case study in use of our research results.This research on the industry ecosystem is an attempt of the Chinese circulation economy development pattern in the system design and the behavior standards aspect . We hope that the results can provide certain reference values to the region economic term planning, to realize the circulation economy development pattern,also can provide the effective reference in improving our country economy growth quality.
