The Study On Central China High-Tech Industrial Development Zones Based On The Differential Strategy

After more than 10 years development, the state-level high-tech industrial development zones have made remarkable achievements in China. But from the overall view, there are still not so many differential and professional high-tech industrial development zones yet. The convergence of industrial structure and repetitive investment in state-level high-tech industrial development zones happen frequently. In a certain sense, creating products and creating industries is to create differences. Differentiation has become an important source of competitive advantage. Differential strategy will also become mainstream of the high-tech industrial development zones in the future; the differential strategy of the high-tech industrial development zones will also enhance their own domestic and international competitiveness. This paper mainly deals with a series of problems in the current high-tech industrial development zones, and it has proposed countermeasure of the high-tech industrial development zones in Central China from the differentiation perspective.At first, this paper describes the theory of differential strategy and uses relevant economic model to illustrate the differentiation competitive advantage. And then the paper analyses the development status of the high-tech industrial development zones of our country overall and also analyses the development status of the high-tech industrial development zones in Central China. Meanwhile this paper compares the high-tech industrial development zones in Central China with the high-tech industrial development zones in the rest of the regional and also compares the high-tech industrial development zones in Central China. On the basis, a qualitative analysis is made by using SPSS on the development status of the high-tech industrial development zones. Based on the analysis of differential strategy and the development status of the high-tech industrial development zones in Central China, it has proceeded to put forward the feasibility and necessity of differential strategy of the high-tech industrial development zones in Central China. And then, the development of the high-tech industrial development zones in Central China is deeply studied in this paper from six aspects, such as the unique characteristics and the restructuring of the industry development, differential choices of technological innovation model, differential choices of the institutional innovation model, the formation and development of the brand of the high-tech industrial development zones, the...
