The oil industry is an industry which closes connected with the national economy. After over 20 year's fast development, china has become one of the biggest countries that produce and import oil. The development of oil industry lead to the improvement of Chinese life standard and also promoted the growth of animal husbandry and aquatic product industry.Huawei Company was founded in 2000. The company always passively sold products owing to blurry marketing strategy in the passed few years. Nowadays the oil industry has reached maturity. At the same time, the oil industry is now facing falling profit and heated competition because a large amount of foreign funds invested and lots of oil imported. Under this circumstance, how to get rid of old situation and make specific marketing strategy has become an urgent problems for Huawei Company.The paper introduces the present and development situation of oil industry in china and Yueyang area. The thesis analyses the competitive environment of oil industry by Porter Five Element Model and put emphasis on analyzing some main competitors. The article make simple introduction of Huawei Company, point out the weakness and exiting problems of marketing strategy, and then apply the SWOT method to analyses the company's internal weakness and strength, and external opportunity, threat which the company will meet.Based on the above analysis, the article confirms targeting market of Huawei Company, orients the sound market of Huawei Company, and makes a series of strategies, such as product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and place strategy.In the end, the thesis put forward the corresponding safeguards of executive and suggestion in order to ensure carry out marketing strategy.The author hopes that this paper not only bring some benefits to Huawei Company, but also give some advice to other oil companies and other agriculture goods companies.
