With the development of economic and society and the improving of people's life, the peasants need more public goods on education, hygiene, social security system and so on. Accordingly, it needs the nation to enlarge the supply of public goods of countryside. Then, how to give an efficient reaction to this situation and how to provide more fair, efficient and fast public goods has become a challenge for our government.For a long time, the supply of rural public goods is not regarded by the governments of different levels, the supply of rural public goods is inefficient which is not in accordance with the actual need of peasants. After the reform of rural tax and fee, the financial gap is enlarged, policies and measures connected with the reform are not be in time, these make the problems of the supply of rural public goods more outstanding and serious. Under this background, it is quite theoretical and practical meaningful to make a research on the supply of rural public goods after the reform of rural tax and fee.In the first part, this thesis expatiates outstanding problems of the supply of rural public goods after the reform of rural tax and fee.
