Transport is an important material in national economic production sector, it puts social production, distribution, exchange and consumption segments organically linked to economic activity and development to be normal. With scientific and technological progress and industrial upgrading and improvement of highway infrastructure and transport needs constant structural change, the highway transport in an integrated transport occupies an increasingly important role in promoting national economic development. The widest range of road transport services, to the largest transport volume, the fastest-growing ground transportation.Highway transportation takes the road between cites and towns roads as mobile access, takes vehicle as the main move equipment. It shoulders a major road transport, short-distance transport, such as the convergence of other modes of transport. Compared with other modes of transport, road transport is flexible, easy transportation can achieve the direct door-to-door transport, delivery speed, short distance, the original investment, liquidity fast transport volume less, the high cost of transport, environmental pollution characteristics. As a modern integrated transport system for the main components of our national economy, highway transport has made a significant contribution to social development and the growth of foreign trade.Input-output theory is one of the most important tools to study the impact and relation industries of National Economy. This theory is easy to understand and its calculation is not complicated.
