Research On The Influence Of The Establishment Of CAFTA On China's Trade In Manufactures

Starting from 2002 China and ASEAN leaders sign the Framework Agreement on comprehensive Economic cooperation between China and ASEAN to decide complete the free trade area in 2010, the program of Early Harvest under the framework agreement was carried out on July 2004, and the started of fall tax plan of cargo trade involved more than 7000 commodities on July 2005, Both sides advance the free trade area's step stably and are going forward firmly. As the first regional economic organization that China joins, the establishment of CAFTA will have the profound influences to Chinese foreign trade development.Because the manufacturing industry product which takes the most important role in Chinese exports trade are the main trade product between China and ASEAN. Further more AESAN which is the important trade partner of China are the fourths trade partner and the third import origin places. The topics about the influence of the establishment of CAFTA on Chinese trade in manufactures receive more attention naturally.This article expounds the influence of the establishment of CAFTA on the Chinese trade in manufactures based on analyzing the economic effects of the establishment of CAFTA. And systematically analysis the influence of the establishment of CAFTA on Chinese trade in manufacture by tries hard unifies analysis technique through the theory and the demonstration and the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis. The structure of this article shows as follow: First introduce the regional economic integration theories and free trade area thories .secondly elabo rate the effects of trade creation, trade diversion and investment effects of the establishment of CAFTA. At last through analysis the status of manu factures in the structure of trade between China and ASEAN.
