Fifth, reasons about the boss. Sixth, reasons about Migrate workers themselves.At last, I have made measures to do with the problems above. Firstly, we should change the attitude to Migrate workers, and give them equal treatment. Secondly, to change the existing census register system and employment system step by step. Thirdly, to speed up the proceed of legislation, and propagandize about related policies heavily. Fourthly, to strengthen the supervision and punishment. Fifthly, to establish a practical, effective and multi-leveled social security system. Sixthly, to make other related measures.
