The Study Of KERRYEAS' Achievement Appraisal System Based On The EVA

This thesis mainly focuses on the achievement appraisal based on EVA in the enterprise achievement appraisal, According to summarizing relevant theory of achievement appraisal, this thesis, which makes a further research on traditional achievement appraisal methods under financial model and achievement appraisal methods based on EVA under value model, builds an achievement appraisal model based on EVA by analyzing the true data of KERRYEAS company. After a comparison of the application of these two achievement appraisal systems, it is indicated that the achievement appraisal system based on EVA exceed traditional one and will contribute to the improvement of achievement appraisal system in logistic industry.This thesis firstly summarizes relevant theory of achievement appraisal and makes an introduction of achievement appraisal systems and their strengths and weaknesses within framework of financial model, balanced model and value model. Then, according to analyzing typical examples of traditional achievement appraisal system, the present problems of this system are probed in KERRYEAS Company. After that, as to this shortcoming of traditional appraisal system, the feasibility of application of EVA achievement appraisal theory is under discussion and an achievement appraisal model based on EVA is builded to make up shortcomings of traditional one in KERRYEAS Company. Finally, on the basis of application, feedbacks in each department and convincing data, the achievement appraisal model based on EVA is proved more advantageous than traditional one and more applicable in KERRYEAS Company.
