The Research On Japan Software Outsourcing Project Management Of H Co.

There are obvious differences between IT project and common project because of the information technology's traits of growing fast, fargoing used and so on. These differences result in a variety of difficulties people have to face when dealing with the IT item by project management knowledge system which is base on the project management theories and empirical accumulation.The demand of IT project widely comes from each area of national economy. Almost all the scopes can integrate with the information technology and then constitute information projects. It is quite difficult to form specific criterions and standards, because the information projects involve in nearly all of the economic scopes. It's no doubt that the difficulties of project management have been increased.The aim of this research is to design a series of better and easily executable software project management plan through applying CMMI and software engineering management techniques as well as the basic concept of project management.In the research, it takes H Co., a software outsourcing enterprise, which mainly focuses on the on-site HR support project, outsourcing project and solution project, as a carrier. And then it sets up the design method, management process, development process, testing process and maintenance process, also the project members and their responsibilities according to the framework of the two methods of CMMI. After setting up each process, the research designs managerial tasks for the process' chief steps. Relative tasks include starting up, making plan, analyzing, controlling, delivering products, fetching stepped evidence, ending, managing individual task and etc.The characteristic of this research is deeper understanding theories and making them into practice. Furthermore, looking forward to reach two targets through the research, which are building up and intensifying new thoughts and directing the enterprise's practical operation to increase gains.
