This is the age of Economy Globalization, Technology Information and Customer more exacting, any organization is meeting the increasing complex inner and outer environment. The organization should keep to adjust itself accordingly to the continuous variety of these environment, to execute the reformation and innovation, so as to retain its survive and development.Architecture is the basic industry of national economy and social progress. Since 1987 we have studied and adapted the management experience of "Ruberg Engineering", building companies have gradually established an execution management system based on the project management, by sealing off the gap of "Execution according to Project Method". However, many companies will meet the risk be eliminated through selection and contest with the variety of the market environment, low-level and heavy competition. Company A, as a representative model of big-medium expertise contractor in the area of architecture industry, face also the pressure of the market competition. This thesis is to study the background of recent engineering project management and market competition globalization, to look for a way to reform the organization of Company A in the means of actual case study, in order to improve the key performance index of evaluation of modern enterprises, such as Speed, Quality, Cost and Service. At last to increase the core ability of overall competition of the company.In Chapter Two, brief summary of the Organization and its reformation, especially the theories of BPR and its background of appearance, definition, basic concepts, execution methods and recent application; In Chapter Three, analysis and diagnosis the inner and outer environment of Company A, find the causes of the problem through the identification and analysis of the existing key business process of the company; In Chapter Four, to describe in details the specific ERP program of the Company A on basis of overall idea and principles, evolution of the organization structure, rebuilding of the key business procedure and the update of the project management etc.; In Chapter Five, set forth assistant engineering, describe the scheme of enterprise culture and motivate system; to analysis the possible obstacles will meet during the reformation and the methods to settle, and...
