Research On The Optimization Of The Coping Strategies Of The Labor Force In The Suburbs Of Shanghai

In recent years,the development of Shanghai suburbs economy has kept a sustained and healthy pace and the employment situation is stable and controllable.With the development of new normal economic,the adjustment of industrial structure and the acceleration of economic transformation,regional employment situation is still grim.The imbalance between labor demand and labor supply structure occurs and the skill level of workers does not match with the job requirements.The problem of inadaptability between economic restructuring and development requirements and structural contradiction of labor force in which difficult employment and difficult recruitment coexist become prominent.According to the structural contradiction of labor force in all Shanghai suburbs,through investigation,data analysis,and other forms of research,corresponding optimization suggestions will be proposed to find out the shortcomings of the countermeasures adopted by the government,and explore effective ways to solve the structural contradiction of labor force in Shanghai suburb.The main text structure of this paper is as follows: The first part is the summary of the existing theory and research,including research on the structure of labor supply and demand,domestic and international research status,the research theory used in this paper.The second part includes theoretical overview of this paper.It generalizes the basic knowledge of labor supply and demand structure,and analysis and introduce the effect of industrial structure on labor structure,Channeary model,discussion on labor structure of new economic structure and the inspiration of the strategy of labor structure contradiction.The third part and the fourth part are the main body of this paper.In the third part,the present situation and causes of the structural contradictions in the labor force in the suburb and its impact on the social and economic development are analyzed.In the fourth part,taking Jiading District as example,the strategy of coping with the structural contradiction of labor force is studied deeply,and the problems and defects are analyzed.Meaning while,find out the shortage of Jiading District in industrial adjustment.In the fifth part,the mature experience of industrial policy and vocational training in developed countries is studied to find out how to deal with the structural contradictions in the labor force.In the sixth part,own proposals and countermeasures are put forward in the industrial structure adjustment,strengthening the public employment service and improving labor skills.
